Attendance *

I understand 85% commitment is expected of company dancers to all dates listed as part of the Ballet Blanc Performance Season. This allows for up to 1.5 days absence out of the 11 day program (Please note: Saturday 26th April is a full dress rehearsal at the theatre & Sunday 27th April is our performance day, both of which cannot be missed).

Media Agreement *

I agree for my child to be in pictures & videos taken by Ballet Blanc staff & production partners and know that these may be used on Ballet Blanc social media accounts and advertising.

Injury & Liability Waver *

As dance is a physical activity, a risk of personal injury is involved. While Ballet Blanc takes all reasonable care & precaution in the conduct of its classes to prevent accidents & injury, it accepts no responsibility for injury or damages that occur in relation to its dance program. I am aware that Ballet Blanc teachers may need to touch dancers in order to correct their alignment and technique. I agree to this policy.

Pricing & Payment

A $550 deposit will be paid upon accepting an offer for a position with BB Youth Company. Please list your dancers first name initial & last name as the reference (ie. ASmith) & make payment to the below account: Account: Ballet Blanc BSB: 012 341 Account Number: 432275155 Remaining fees will be payed in equal installments via our Ezi-debt auto payment plan on Monday 10th March & Monday 7th April 2025. - Intermediate & Senior Company - 2 x $250 installments - Junior Company - 1 x $200 installment A non-refund policy applies once the season has commenced. Pricing is inclusive of GST.
